Candy Cane Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or skim milk)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Try Quest Nutrition Protein Powder)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 2/3 Cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Ice
Instructions
