Quick answer: You can ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. U.S. orders over $79 (after coupons and discounts) ship free with standard shipping to the contiguous 48 connected states only. U.S. orders under $79 ship for $7.95 with standard shipping. If you want faster delivery, you can choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout and pay the difference.

Free shipping and upgrades
- Free shipping covers standard shipping to the contiguous 48 connected states only.
- If you choose an expedited or upgraded option at checkout, you pay the extra cost.
- For some destinations (especially Alaska and Hawaii), you may see fewer standard options and more upgraded options at checkout.

Note: Delivery time estimates can change due to weather, carrier volume, and other delays. The day the carrier picks up your package is not counted as a transit day.
Delivery days
Carriers typically deliver Monday–Friday. Saturday delivery may be available in some areas, depending on the carrier and service level you choose.
PO boxes
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- If you enter a PO box, we ship your order via USPS when available.
Signature delivery
- UPS shipments may ship without a signature unless your order value is over $300.
- If you want a direct signature, add a note at checkout requesting it.
- If you do not request a direct signature, the carrier may leave your package at the delivery address.
When your order ships
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day (exceptions may apply).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the next business day (exceptions may apply).
- Weekend and holiday orders typically ship the next business day after the weekend or holiday (exceptions may apply).
Unexpected closures, staffing limits, or inventory issues can sometimes delay processing.
Tracking your order
- We email your tracking number the evening your order ships.
- Make sure your email address in your account profile is current.
- You can also view tracking in your account by opening your order details.
Delivered packages
If you request a direct signature, the carrier will attempt delivery based on their rules. If you do not request a direct signature, the carrier may leave the package at your address. After tracking shows delivered, we cannot cover loss or damage caused by theft, weather, animals, or other delivery-location issues.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package with the carrier, we will issue a refund after the order returns to our warehouse. Your refund will be the product total minus shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee. After we confirm receipt, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks.
Wrong address
- If you contact us before delivery, we may be able to reroute the package. Carrier fees may apply.
- If your order returns to us due to an address error you entered, we can refund the product cost minus shipping, or reship it to the correct address (shipping charges apply).
- If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to an address error you entered and it cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund.
- If we made the addressing mistake, we will reroute or reship as soon as possible.
Canada orders and customs
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your card issuer sets the exchange rate on your statement.
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. We do not collect these at checkout and we cannot predict the total.
- Carrier customs processing can add time beyond the estimated transit window.
- We report the exact sale amount on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders.
- If a package is seized by customs and we do not receive it back, we cannot issue a refund. If we receive it back, we will credit the product cost, but you are still responsible for shipping charges.
- If a package is not deliverable and we do not receive it back, we cannot issue a refund. If it returns to us, we will credit the product cost, but you are still responsible for shipping charges.
