Quick answer
You can request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Unopened items in resellable condition qualify for a refund. Opened items may qualify for store credit (with limits). An RMA (return number) is required for all returns.

- You must request an RMA and ensure your return is received within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- If you wait until the end of the window to ship your return, it may arrive late and may not qualify.
What you can return
Unopened items (refund)
- Unopened items in resellable condition may qualify for a refund to your original payment method.
Opened items (store credit)
- Opened items may qualify for store credit.
- Limit: We allow one opened item per SKU per order for store credit consideration.
Single-serve items
- Single-serve items are accepted unopened only.
What you cannot return
Temperature-sensitive items (important)
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits for items affected by melting or freezing.
- To reduce risk, consider shipping upgrades (when available) and plan deliveries for times you can bring packages inside quickly.
Protein powder
- Opened protein powder jugs or bags are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Opened single-size powder samples are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
If something arrived wrong or damaged
If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or your order is missing something, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help quickly.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box and products.
- Do not throw away packaging until we confirm next steps.
Canada returns
- Canada orders are handled as refund or store credit only.
- Return shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable.
- Please contact support before sending any return so we can confirm the best return option.
How to start a return (RMA required)
- Contact customer support to request an RMA: 1-800-649-1374 or support@nashuanutrition.com.
- Include a copy of your invoice and a short reason for the return.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Pack items securely. If an item is damaged during return shipping, it may not qualify for a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing and shipping costs
- We process refunds and store credits after we receive and inspect your return (typically within 1–2 weeks).
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges on returned items.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If a package is refused or returned to us as unclaimed, we will handle it according to our shipping policy. Please review our shipping policy details.
Return address
Use the return address provided by customer support with your RMA. Do not send returns to any other address.
