Managing your subscription

Log in to your account and use the Manage Subscription area to add items, remove items, change quantities, update your schedule, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel. Most changes you can make yourself. If an item is out of stock and you need it removed, contact our support team.

You can choose delivery every 14, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. The 14-day schedule saves 20% off eligible items. All other schedules save 15% off eligible items.

Yes. You can set a different delivery schedule for each item. For example, shakes every 30 days and supplements every 60 days.
