The Nashua Nutrition "NashCash" Rewards Program ("Program") is offered only in the United States and is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and have the required legal capacity to enter into an agreement to purchase goods.
In addition to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Program is also governed by the Company's NashCash Rewards FAQs and Refer-a-Friend FAQs on the Website, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Program termination
Nashua Nutrition LLC and its affiliates (hereinafter the "Company") reserve the right, in their sole discretion and for any reason, to terminate all or any portion of the Program by posting notice on the homepage of www.nashuanutrition.com (the "Website") and/or via another method of notice deemed appropriate by Company. Unless otherwise stated in the notice, the Program will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 15th calendar day following the date of such notice.
Program changes
Your continued registration at nashuanutrition.com and/or participation in this Program constitutes your consent to, and agreement to abide by, the most current version of these terms and conditions (the "Program Terms"). We may revise these terms at any time by updating the Program Terms. You agree to be bound by subsequent revisions and should review the Program Terms periodically. The most up-to-date version will always be available on the Website.
How to enroll
To participate in the Program, you must first register and open an account at Nashua Nutrition through the NashuaNutrition.com Website. Membership is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Earning NashCash points
Registered customers may earn NashCash points by completing qualifying activities. Whether an activity results in points, and the amount awarded, is determined by the Company in its sole discretion and posted on the Website. Qualifying activities may include purchases, referrals, account creation, and other specified actions.
Points are typically credited to your account within approximately 7 days of completing a qualifying activity. Some activities are subject to an approval period, during which points will appear as pending and cannot be spent until the period has passed. This helps protect the Program from fraud such as making a purchase, redeeming points, and immediately returning the order.
In the event of program termination, qualifying actions must be completed no later than 5 calendar days after notice of termination. After that date, no points will be issued.
Point values and redemption
You earn 1 NashCash point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points translate into dollar savings at checkout - for a full breakdown of how to earn points across all activities and how to redeem them, see the NashCash section of our Coupons & Rewards page.
NashCash points have no cash value and may not be purchased, sold, or redeemed for cash under any circumstance. Points are issued by Nashua Nutrition LLC for promotional purposes only.
A customer's entitlement to redeem NashCash points is conditioned on meeting all of the following requirements:
- Points must be redeemed within 3 months of the customer's last purchase.
- The total order value, including tax and shipping, must equal or exceed the value of the points being redeemed.
- The maximum points that may be applied to any single order is $25.00 in value.
If the order total exceeds the value of points applied, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card or other accepted payment method. To view your points balance, visit the "My Account" section at NashuaNutrition.com.
Eligible and non-eligible purchases
Points are earned on qualifying product purchases. The following purchases do not qualify for points and cannot be paid for using NashCash points:
- Gift cards
- Items already purchased using a rewards coupon or discount code
- Taxes and shipping charges
Points cannot be applied to previous purchases. Earned discounts and NashCash point redemptions cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless explicitly stated in a given promotion.
Refer-a-friend program
Eligibility
The Refer-a-Friend Program is open to all registered NashuaNutrition.com customers, unless prohibited by law. There is no cost to join or maintain membership. Membership begins when you register for an account at NashuaNutrition.com.
NashuaNutrition.com may terminate or modify the Referral Program at any time by posting changes on this page or by contacting registered account holders directly. NashuaNutrition.com reserves the right to restrict eligibility at its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Referral Program may result in account revocation and disqualification from future participation.
Referral rewards
As a registered user, you may earn referral rewards for introducing a friend or family member from a different household who makes their first purchase. To qualify:
- You must have a registered account at NashuaNutrition.com.
- You must refer someone from a different household who has never shopped at NashuaNutrition.com.
- The referee must sign up as a registered user and make their first purchase of $49 or more.
When a qualifying referee completes their first purchase, they will receive a 20% discount on their first order of $49 or more. You will receive 400 NashCash points ($10 value) credited to your account.
The referral reward will not be issued if: (i) the referee's household already has an account with NashuaNutrition.com, or (ii) the referee did not use your referral link or enter your referral code when registering.
Referral rewards may be applied to product value only and cannot be applied to taxes or shipping. Rewards must be redeemed within 180 days of issuance. Monetary referral rewards may be used for one transaction only. Any unused portion of a reward will be forfeited with no refund or credit issued.
Prohibited conduct
To protect the integrity of the Program, members may not:
- Purchase paid advertisements (such as Google Ads) linking to NashuaNutrition.com using a referral link.
- Deceive customers into clicking a referral link without their knowledge.
- Sell referral codes or promotional guides tied to this Program.
- Promote the Program on coupon, deal, or free product sites.
Repeated abuse of the Program will result in disqualification.
Privacy
Your membership information will not be sold or rented to any company outside of NashuaNutrition.com. We may share information with trusted vendors who have agreed to keep it confidential, and may use it to notify you of exclusive offers and promotions. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Legal
By participating in the Program, you consent to these terms. The Refer-a-Friend Program is void where prohibited by law. The laws of the State of New Hampshire will govern the Program and its terms.
Expiration and forfeiture
NashCash points expire if: (i) your account is terminated, or (ii) 12 months have passed since your last purchase. Points earned through the Refer-a-Friend Program expire 12 months after being issued or from your last purchase, whichever comes first. We will send you a reminder email before your points expire. Expired points are forfeited with no compensation.
General terms
NashCash points cannot be sold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, transferred to another member's account, or pooled with points in another account. Points may only be redeemed by the registered account holder for whom the account was created.
NashuaNutrition.com reserves the right to reject any points redemption it determines violates these Program Terms, to investigate any suspected abuse, and to close accounts and charge alternative payment methods if fraudulently obtained points are redeemed. Company decisions regarding Program interpretation are final and binding.
When you redeem NashCash points, you agree that the laws of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of laws principles, will govern these Program Terms. Nashua Nutrition, Inc. reserves the right to change these Program Terms at any time. All terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
Limitations of liability
Nashua Nutrition, Inc. and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to NashCash points, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event NashCash points are non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such points.
Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected materials; for computer, telephone, network, satellite, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions; or for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by printing errors, tampering, hacking, or equipment associated with the Program.
Any tax liability resulting from the accumulation or use of NashCash points is the sole responsibility of the participant. In the event a U.S. resident accumulates or redeems points totaling $600 or more in a calendar year, Nashua Nutrition LLC may be required to report this to the IRS via Form 1099.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program or these Program Terms shall be resolved first by contacting our support team at support@nashuanutrition.com. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Hampshire. Company's interpretation of these Program Terms is final and conclusive in all matters.
Disqualification
Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Program, in violation of the Account Agreement or Terms of Use, or acting in a disruptive or abusive manner. Disqualified participants forfeit all NashCash points. Any individual who attempts to defraud the Company will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Privacy notice
Company collects personal data when you participate in this Program. Participation constitutes your permission for Company to maintain that data for the purposes of record-keeping, order fulfillment, discount and points issuance, and marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
