Yes, your login information has not changed. Your username is your email address.
Yes, all historical order information is still available. The historical order numbers will not be the same as the original order numbers when placed on the previous website, but the rest of the order details will be accurate.
Yes! Any type of product credit, referral credit, gift certificate or membership is still available.
Nashua Nutrition wants you to have the best shopping experience possible. The new site is simply a new look which simplifies the shopping process. Navigation has changed to make it easier to find products, filtering ability has been added, and the site is more mobile-friendly than ever before.

Orders can be placed through the website anytime but are only completed during normal business hours.
We have a confidentiality agreement with our manufacturers so we are unable to reveal that information. All we can do is suggest that you compare the nutritional values.

You can place an order online at our website by clicking on the link that says “Login or Signup”. This will assist you in creating a user account. Once that is established, just browse our website, add desired items to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Your order will come directly to us for packaging and shipping.

If an item you ordered is out of stock when we receive your order and will not be available within 2 business days, we will send you the items that are in-stock without delay. Back ordered item(s) will be sent at our expense as soon as they become available.
Nashua Nutrition does not accept personal checks. However, you can use a money order for payment… You must place your order over the phone to pay using this method. You can contact us at 1-800-649-1374 during our normal business hours. Then just mail us the money order and we will ship out your package when payment is received.
In the header of our website, you will see a link labeled "Coupons & Discounts" where we promote ongoing coupons. Occasionally, we may have a special promotion or sale and offer discounts. If you’d like to receive updates on sales, discount codes and other promotions, you can sign up for our newsletter on our homepage or in our footer.
All orders over $150 (before shipping charges) are eligible to receive a Free Nashua Nutrition Shaker! To receive the free shaker, you must request the shaker in the Order Notes field during checkout. We will not automatically include a shaker in your order if the total is over $150, it must be requested at the time of checkout. Not valid on prior purchases. Limit 1 per order.

Free: Orders over $69 (after coupons & discounts) are shipped either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.
$7.95 Orders under $69 are shipped via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.
Expedited shipping methods are available during checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping methods deliver Monday through Friday only and do not count the day the package is picked up as a transit day.
All international orders are charged actual shipping costs.
United States (48 Contiguous States)
UPS Ground or US Priority Mail Service are primarily used for standard shipments. Delivery is Monday-Friday.
UPS shipments are sent without a signature required unless the value of the order is over $300. If you wish to have a direct signature required before delivery, please make a note requesting the direct signature in your order during checkout. If a direct signature for delivery is not requested, the package will be left at the shipping address on the package. Nashua Nutrition will not be held responsible for packages after they have been delivered without a direct signature request. This includes damage or loss by theft, weather, animals or any other possible cause.
Post Office Boxes
UPS Can NOT deliver to a Post Office Box. Orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be shipped via US Priority Mail.
United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & USVI)
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands are subject to shipping charges, and are shipped by either UPS or US Priority Mail Service. Selections can be made during checkout.
Armed Forces Addresses
Orders shipped to Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific will be shipped via US Priority Mail only. No UPS options are offered for these addresses.

The transit time indicated is estimated and may not include time the package could be in Customs.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that may apply. We do not collect any duties, taxes or fees from you and do not know how much they will cost you. UPS options are also subject to an additional advancement fee charged by UPS directly.
We currently ship to the following countries:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
- It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
- If the package is not deliverable for any reason and is returned to us and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund.
- If the package is not deliverable for any reason and is returned to us, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Protein Supplements For Personal Use". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
A tracking number will be emailed to you the evening that your order is shipped. Please ensure the email address in your online profile is correct and current.
You will also be able to view the tracking information if you click on the order number in your user account.
If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and we are notified before delivery, we will attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. Additional charges may apply.
If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping charges or reship the product to the correct address (Shipping charges will apply).
If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and can not be recovered because of an address error made by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
If the package is shipped to an incorrect address because of a mistake by us (Nashua Nutrition), we will re-ship or reroute your order as soon as possible.
Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from Nashua Nutrition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
You will receive a refund for unopened items in resellable condition or a store credit for opened items.
Refunds and Store Credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned products and will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If a returned item is unopened and in resellable condition, the refund of the purchase price will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund or a store credit.
Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return any items, please contact us directly by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Policy Exception: Weather Related Damages
Nashua Nutrition cannot be responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises. We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, but extreme temperature fluctuations during transit are out of our control.
No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.
To help minimize the possibility of receiving weather related damaged products:
- Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home where the package can be brought inside immediately.
- To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.
Return Policy Exception: Protein Powders
Nashua Nutrition does sell single sized portions of most of our protein powders for you to try before purchasing a larger quantity. Therefore, no returns, exchanges or credits will be allowed on jugs and bags of powders offered in sample size.
Nashua Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or has been deemed an abuse of our return policy.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
