We made it to Thursday! That means we are getting closer to completing week 3 of the Slim-Down Challenge!
For today’s Challenge, try to eat one super healthy meal using all the colors of the rainbow you can find. Get creative! try and find different color foods to fit on that plate.. carrots, broccoli and even purple potatoes! Do your best and have some fun with it – but make sure all the foods are as close to the state they were grown in (no packages!). Don’t forget to take a picture of your artful plate before consuming all the healthy goodness!
