Today is gonna be “Dipping Wednesday” So get ready to have some Dipping fun!
For today’s Challenge, we are going to be doing 5 sets of dips on the edge of the couch or any other sturdy chair. The chair dip works mostly on the tricep muscle group. It works mostly the back of your arm, while also working your chest and shoulder muscles to a lesser degree. This is a great at home exercise to help get that little extra definition you’re looking for!
