June Slim-Down Challenge: Day 20 – June 20, 2014
It’s Friday and that means we are very close to finishing week three of our Slim-Down Challenge! Today we are going to do another “Water Day!”
As you might remember from our last water day, drinking water not only keeps you hydrated and your skin glowing, it also helps to boost your metabolism. It will help you burn those extra calories! This week though, we are upping the minimum from 10 to 11 glasses of water! So get drinking!
