June Slim-Down Challenge: Day 5 – June 5, 2014

Today’s challenge is to alternate 5 pushups and 5 sit ups at each commercial break during your favorite TV show. Let’s be honest, what are you really doing during those commercial breaks? Why not burn some calories and work those muscles while you wait for your show to come back on?  In the span of one program there are at least 5 commercial breaks, so you’ll have already done 25 push-ups and 25 sit-ups during the time it took to watch your show!

Not a TV person? Do this exercise right when you wake up for a refreshing start to your day!  Do the 5 pushups and 5 sit ups, rest, and repeat until you’ve done 5 sets of each.
