Day 6 – No salt!
Sodium-Free Friday: try to go the entire day without salt in cooking, out to dinner, or in packaged items. Sodium leads to water and fat retention which can make losing weight more difficult. By cutting sodium you not only increase your chances of shedding lbs, but can you also prevent high blood pressure, reduce risk of heart attack, and possibly even diabetes complications.
