We did it! It’s Saturday and that means that week three of the Slim-Down Challenge is behind us, time to rejuvenate and get ready to take on week 4!
Like last Saturday, your challenge for today is simply to get moving! However, since we are getting ready to go into week 4, we are gonna up our moving time from last weeks 30 minutes and go for 45! That means get out there and move around for at least 45 minutes. You can walk, hike, bike, jog or even do some yoga! Get that body moving and have a great time!
