How it fits your plan

Texture and plan fit

Soft, not pureed — the eggs keep small soft curds. The soup alone is tagged for bariatric pureed, soft and regular stages, and the omelet mix for soft and regular; the curds put the finished dish in soft.

Protocol phases
  • Bariatric Stage 4 Soft (the omelet mix alone, about ¾ cup
  • with the egg whites it is about 1 cup, which fits Stage 5 only), Stage 5 Regular
  • Keto Liberal Low-Carb
  • General Weight Loss Kickstart, Active, Transition, Maintenance
  • GLP-1

What makes it different
the soup becomes a creamy sauce stirred into soft eggs instead of a bowl on its own, and the omelet mix is cooked as a soft scramble rather than a folded omelet.
