It’s the start of week four of our Slim-Down Challenge and to kick it off we have another “Meal Replacement Monday!”
As with our previous “Meal Replacement Monday”, we will be replacing one of our meals with a healthy and nutritious meal replacement shake or bar. We have a great selection of Protein Powders and Meal Replacement Bars for you to check out. They taste great and will help get you on your way to really achieving your weight goals! On this “Meal Replacement Monday”, we will also be upping the walk/jog from 20 to 25 minutes. We know you can do it!
