How to prepare
As a shake
- Place contents of one packet into a large glass.
- Add 8 ounces of cold water.
- Stir well and serve.
As a pudding
- Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
- Add 4 ounces of cold water.

- Let stand 1 to 3 minutes to thicken. Stir and enjoy.
