How many insulated boxes should I add?
- Each insulated box holds up to 12 products, depending on size. If your order has more than 12 heat-sensitive items, add another insulated box so everything stays protected.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number is required — contact us first before sending anything back.
- Unopened items: refund to original payment method
- Opened items: store credit (limit one opened item per SKU per order)
- Single-serve items: unopened only
- Opened protein powder: not eligible for refund or store credit
- Temperature-sensitive items: no returns accepted for melting/freezing damage

I have suggested that there be additional ice packs used in packages to southern states. The actual insulated container was perfect for what was needed but they only used two 5" x 5" ice packs. The interior was a bit warm by the time I got the delivery home. All of the contents were of my order were "chocolate" protein bars.
With 95-100 degree temperatures, my products arrived in perfect condition
Felt the price was a little high and half of the bars were melted when they arrived anyway.

Love the idea of these, however, our pack was completely thawed when the box arrive. Don’t know if it was worth it.
