How to prepare
- Preheat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Empty contents of one packet into a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup (2 oz) of water and mix. Let stand 1 minute. Batter will be thick.
- Pour batter onto pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
Good to know
Batter will be thick - this is normal. Do not over-mix. Use a non-stick pan or light cooking spray for best results.
