Delivery days
Carriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery may be available in some areas, depending on the carrier and service level you choose.
PO boxes
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- If you enter a PO box, we ship your order via USPS when available.
Signature delivery
- UPS shipments may ship without a signature unless your order value is over $300.
- If you want a direct signature, add a note at checkout requesting it.
- If you do not request a direct signature, the carrier may leave your package at the delivery address.
When your order ships
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day (exceptions may apply).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the next business day (exceptions may apply).
- Weekend and holiday orders typically ship the next business day after the weekend or holiday (exceptions may apply).
Unexpected closures, staffing limits, or inventory issues can sometimes delay processing.
Tracking your order
- We email your tracking number the evening your order ships.
- Make sure your email address in your account profile is current.
- You can also view tracking in your account by opening your order details.
Delivered packages
If you request a direct signature, the carrier will attempt delivery based on their rules. If you do not request a direct signature, the carrier may leave the package at your address. After tracking shows delivered, we cannot cover loss or damage caused by theft, weather, animals, or other delivery-location issues.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package with the carrier, we will issue a refund after the order returns to our warehouse. Your refund will be the product total minus shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee. After we confirm receipt, refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks.
Wrong address
- If you contact us before delivery, we may be able to reroute the package. Carrier fees may apply.
- If your order returns to us due to an address error you entered, we can refund the product cost minus shipping, or reship it to the correct address (shipping charges apply).
- If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to an address error you entered and it cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund.
- If we made the addressing mistake, we will reroute or reship as soon as possible.
Canada orders and customs
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your card issuer sets the exchange rate on your statement.
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. We do not collect these at checkout and we cannot predict the total.
- Carrier customs processing can add time beyond the estimated transit window.
- We report the exact sale amount on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders.
- If a package is seized by customs and we do not receive it back, we cannot issue a refund. If we receive it back, we will credit the product cost, but you are still responsible for shipping charges.
- If a package is not deliverable and we do not receive it back, we cannot issue a refund. If it returns to us, we will credit the product cost, but you are still responsible for shipping charges.
Orders placed on Amazon
You can buy our products on amazon.com as well as here. Amazon sets the shipping rules for those orders, and they are not the same as ours. The free shipping over $79 described above covers orders placed on this site only.
An Amazon order ships one of two ways:
- Shipped by Amazon. Amazon holds the product in its own warehouse and ships it to you. Amazon decides what you pay for shipping. Sellers call this Fulfilled by Amazon, or FBA.
- Shipped by us. We pack the order here and hand it to the carrier. We set the shipping rate. Sellers call this Fulfilled by Merchant, or FBM.

How to tell which one you have
Open the order in your Amazon account and look at the product. Amazon shows a line that reads "Ships from" and a line that reads "Sold by". If "Ships from" says Amazon, Amazon shipped it. If "Ships from" says Nashua Nutrition, we shipped it.
Why our Amazon shipping rate is a flat fee
Amazon retired shipping rates that change with order value on 24 March 2026. Sellers can no longer set a free shipping threshold on Amazon, because the rate type that threshold was built from no longer exists. Our Amazon rate is now a flat $7.95 per order. It does not go down as your order grows, and it does not go away above a certain total. You can read Amazon's own rules on Free Shipping by Amazon and why you pay shipping costs.
Help with an Amazon order
- Start in your Amazon account. Tracking, delivery problems, returns and refunds for Amazon orders are all handled there.
- If Amazon shipped your order, Amazon handles it from start to finish. We cannot see it, change it, or refund it.
- If we shipped your order, message us through Amazon rather than by phone or email. That keeps the conversation attached to your order, which is how Amazon requires us to work and how we find your order at all.
- Our coupon codes, NashCash rewards and Subscribe and Save are part of this site. They do not carry over to Amazon.
