Fancy Fried Rice

1 packet Chicken Bouillon Soup Mix
2 tsp margarine
2 small apples
2/3 cup brown rice
1 1/3 cup water
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste

Melt margarine in a frying pan. Peel and dice apples and saute in margarine. Add rice, stir until browned. Add water, soup mix, and seasonings.
Simmer 40 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
