Baked Cabbage

1 packet Chicken Bouillon Soup Mix
1 cup fresh cabbage, shredded
2 oz. low fat cheese, grated
2 tbsp crushed crackers
1 tsp margarine
1/2 cup water
Ground black pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together, sprinkle with pepper.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
