Oriental Soup


2 packets Chicken Bouillon Soup
2 cups water
1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
Ground black pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 slice diet bread, crumbled

1. Combine all ingredients except egg and bread in a saucepan.
2. Heat and bring to a slow boil.
3. Pour egg and bread into boiling broth and cover.
4. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
