Broccoli Bisque


1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp dried onion
1 cup hot water
Pepper, to taste

Fill a medium sauce pot with 1/2 inch of water. Add in broccoli and onion. Bring to a boil.
Steam for 2 minutes or until broccoli is bright green.

Combine broccoli/onion mixture, soup mix, cup of water and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth.
