Sweet and Sour Slaw

2 packets Italian Dressing
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp celery seed
Ground pepper to taste

1. Shred cabbage. Mix with peppers and onions.
2. Mix together all other ingredients except dressing. Combine with cabbage mixture.
3. Add dressing to slaw and mix thoroughly.
