Egg Salad

1 packet Italian Dressing
1 hardboiled egg, grated
1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Vinegar to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Moisten with vinegar as needed.
