Turkey Stuffed Green Peppers


1 packet Cream of Tomato Soup
4 medium green peppers
12 oz ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
3/4 cup hot water

Boil peppers until tender. Set aside. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brown turkey in a skillet with onion, mushrooms and tomato. Drain excess liquid. Add seasonings.
Drain peppers and place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Stuff peppers with turkey mixture. Mix soup with 3/4 cup hot water. Pour over peppers. Bake for 10 minutes.
