Turkey and Dressing with Gravy

2 packets Cream of Chicken Soup
6 oz turkey breast, cooked and sliced
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbsp minced green onion
Dash of ground sage
1/2 cup hot water

1. Toast bread, then crumble.
2. Dilute 1 packet of soup with 1/4 cup of water. Season with a dash of sage and stir in onions.
3. Combine bread crumbs with soup mixture and place in bottom of oven safe dish.
4. Layer turkey on top.
5. In a small bowl, mix remaining soup packet with remaining water, adding water if necessary.
6. Pour over turkey.
7. Microwave or bake until warm.
