Pork Tenderloin Marinara

2 packets Cream of Tomato Soup
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups water
12 oz pork tenderloin, cut into 4 portions
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan. Stir until mixed well; simmer 3 minutes.
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, brown cutlets on both sides.
Transfer meat to a baking dish. Cover with soup mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
