Stir Fried Chicken


1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
4 packets Italian Salad Dressing
6 oz chicken breast
1/4 cup green peppers, sliced
1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
Garlic powder and pepper, to taste

1. Spray a wok or large skillet with cooking spray. Heat pan.
2. Toss chicken into the heated pan. Add seasoning as needed.
3. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Add the vegetables and Italian dressing.
5. Sprinkle soup mix over chicken vegetable mixture.
6. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
