Mexican Chicken Salad


1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup water
3 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
Garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1. Dissolve soup mix in water.
2. In a non-stick skillet, combine soup, chicken, green pepper and spices.
3. Cook until chicken is done and soup makes a chili-like sauce.
4. Serve over chopped lettuce.
