Mexican Chicken Salad
1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup water
3 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
Garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, as desired
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
Dissolve soup mix in water. In a non-stick skillet, combine soup, chicken, green pepper and spices.
Cook until chicken is done and soup makes a chili-like sauce.
Serve over chopped lettuce.
