Chicken and Dumplings
1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup water
1/2 cup carrots, sliced thin
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup scallions, minced
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 slice whole wheat bread
Microwave first 10 ingredients for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked. Tear bread into small pieces and add to vegetable mixture.
