Fancy Fruit Stuffing

1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup hot water
1 slice whole wheat bread, cubed
1 small apple, cored and cubed
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
Pepper, ground sage and thyme, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, dissolve soup in water and set aside.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients and moisten with soup mixture. Place mixture in foil, wrap tightly, and bake 45 minutes.
