Baked Apple Dessert #1


1 cup Kay's Naturals Cinnamon Toast Pretzels (or try Original)
2 large apples (preferably Granny Smith)
2 large eggs
1 Ziploc bag or baking dish
1 cookie sheet


Preheat oven to 280 degrees.
Core and cut apples into 8 pieces each; 16 pieces total.
Finely crush the pretzel sticks, then pour into bag or baking dish.
Lightly beat eggs in a small bowl, making an egg wash. Dip the apple pieces in egg wash, then add them to bag or dish of crushed pretzel sticks. Toss or stir the apple pieces until they are well coated.
Spread apple pieces on cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Actual baking time may vary; you'll know they're ready when your kitchen is filled with the smell of cinnamon goodness!)
