Rice Pudding


2 packets Vanilla Pudding/Shake Mix
4 Almond Chip Biscotti, crushed
or 1 slice wheat bread, broken into pieces
2 tbsp raisins
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 packets diet sweetener
2 tsp margarine

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cool in refrigerator.

Suggestion: garnish with a dollop of whipped topping.
