NY Cheesecake


Crust:
1 Vanilla Peanut Protein Bar, crumbled
1 tsp margarine
1 tsp water

Mix and press in bowl.

Filling:
1 packet Vanilla Pudding/Shake Mix
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Mix ingredients in blender. Pour over crust and chill for 1-2 hours.
