Chocolate Log

4 packets Chocolate Pudding/Shake Mix

2 bananas
4 slices of bread
1 egg
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla

1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
2 tsp vanilla
8 packets sweetener

Combine cake ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Spray jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and spread to corners. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes.
Combine filling ingredients and mix until well blended. Spread filling on cake and roll up. Wrap in foil and refrigerate; or cut and serve immediately.
