"I lost 11 lbs, then I went off the diet and gained by 5lbs In two days! I am now sticking too my diet and am back on track, the food taste very good, my favorites are the mocha mint, lemon pudding which i make both into shakes instead of pudding and drink, very simple very good, the omlette mix i did not like and will not order again. the bars are the best tasting bars I have ever had. my plan is 3 protein packs a day, no more than 3 bars a week. one pack in the morning, one pack at lunch with 2 cups of vegs (low Carb) one plate of salad. Dinner 8 oz of chicken or lean meat 2 cups of vegs on plate salad I use the Walden Farms Dressing only. Then one pack as a snack at night. When I'm hungry I eat celery cucumbers or a green salad. Drink tons of water too at least 10 cups a day! Good luck!"

"I lost 6 lbs my first week! I love all the food. I find it very easy to follow. I just wish they had a second 4 week Quick Start Kit, so you could change items out per month, but I am planning on reordering in the next week.
I am very pleased and excitied to see how I do the rest of the month!"

"I lost 8.5 lbs on the program. That said, it didn't start out smoothly. First there were no instructions in the box, so I printed thenm from the website. Second, a bit confused about the instructions I called customer service, who gave me the wrong information. After 3 days of starving I sat down and calculated my caloric intake and found that I was not eating enough.
The foood is good, but I would suggest you cook on the stovetop and not use the microwave for better results.

I am happy with my results and have already reordered."
