"it is a concentrated kind of syrup that comes in a little pouch, and I LOVE how portable they are just toss one in your bag and add it to 1/2a water bottle! I also like the fact that all of the "liquid concentrate" drinks are actually liquid, and not chalky like some of the others."

"the beat. not chalky tasting. make with ice and fresh fruit chunks in a blender, like you make margaritas. serve in frozen mug. GREAT TASTING! I've tried EVERY other brand smoothie mix and was dissatisfied with all of them, except for ProtiDiet Peach Mango Smoothies. don't waste your money on icky-tasting pretenders. buy this FIRST, so you'll stick to your diet and won't be put off of it by the taste of the others. my wholehearted reccommendation!"
