Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from Nashua Nutrition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
You will receive a full refund for unopened items in resellable condition or a store credit for opened items. Please note: We do not allow exchanges on returned items. Refunds and Store Credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned products and will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If a returned item is unopened and in resellable condition, the refund of the purchase price will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund or a store credit. Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable. |

To return any items, please contact us directly by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once the package leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control. No returns, exchanges or credits on protein bars or any other chocolate products due to melting. To help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars or foods during summer delivery:
If your order containing chocolate has been in the heat - unpack carton contents without touching individual bars, place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will reharden and suffer no loss of nutrition. Return Policy Exception: Protein Powders Nashua Nutrition does sell single sized portions of most of our protein powders for you to try before purchasing a larger quantity. Therefore, no returns, exchanges or credits will be allowed on jugs and bags of powders offered in sample size. Nashua Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or has been deemed an abuse of our return policy.
