Do you know how much weight is placed on your joints each time you take a step? One and one-half times your body weight. It not only acts as a shock absorber, but also as a "teflon" coating over the surface of the joint.

Glycosaminoglycans are a very distinctive protein designed to give connective tissue its structural qualities.

Glucosamine: a precursor of glycosaminoglycans, it displays chondroprotective qualities.

Sea Cucumber: a source of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate.

MSM: an organic sulfur used in the body to build glucosamine sulfate and hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic Acid: a major component of synovial fluid, the lubricating fluid found in the joint.

Cartilage is continually being broken down and replaced. When cartilage is being broken down faster than it can be replaced, problems may occur. Curcumin C3 Complex -inhibits prostaglandin production. (There are 3 types of prostaglandins. The wrong type can cause uncomfortable feelings.)

Devil's Claw: its active compound moid glucoside can be helpful.
