We have a confidentiality agreement with our manufacturers so we are unable to reveal that information. All we can do is suggest that you compare the nutritional values.

How do I order your products?
You can place an order online at our website by clicking on the link that says “Register”. This will assist you in creating a user account. Once that is established, just browse our website, add desired items to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Your order will come directly to us for packaging and shipping.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Nashua Nutrition does not accept personal checks. However, you can use a money order for payment… Just select phone ordering from the payment method dropdown box when you place your order. It will allow your order to be processed in our system. Then just mail us the money order and we will ship out your package when payment is received.

Why was my order declined?
There are a couple of reasons that orders may be declined. The most frequent issue is an error in either the credit card expiration date or the CVV2 code.
   Expiration date should be in the following format - mm/yy (make sure to only use the last 2 digits of the expiration year)
   CVV2 code is the last 3 digits on the back of Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards or the 4 digits on the front of
   American Express cards.


If there are no errors in the credit card information that was entered, you may need to contact your bank to see if there are any issues with the card itself.

How can I re-enter the correct credit card information on a declined order?
1. Log into your user account.
2. On the right hand side of the web page, there is a purple box that says “MY ACCOUNT”.
3. Click on “Orders” which is the 3rd option in the “MY ACCOUNT” box.
4. You will see a list of all orders you’ve placed with us. Click on the ID of the Declined order.
5. Scroll to the bottom of that page and reenter credit card information in the Pay Order box.
6. Click on "PAY ORDER".

How do I get discount coupon codes?
We do not offer regular discount coupons. Occasionally, we may have a special promotion or sale and offer discounts. If you’d like to receive updates on sales, discount codes and other promotions, you can go to the website and sign up for our newsletter.

How do I get a free shaker?
All orders over $150 (before shipping charges) are eligible to receive a Free Nashua Nutrition Shaker!
To receive the free shaker, you must request the shaker in the Order Notes field during checkout.
We will not automatically include a shaker in your order if the total is over $150, it must be requested at the time of checkout.
Not valid on prior purchases. Limit 1 per order.

Do you offer samples of your products?
Nashua Nutrition offers free sample packages in all our orders that are over $29. These samples change weekly and are determined by our Management team. Unfortunately, we are not able to customize the sample packages to individual requests, nor can we offer free samples of our products in any other capacity.

Can I request specific items in my sample kit?
Nashua Nutrition offers free sample packages in all our orders that are over $29. These samples change weekly and are determined by our Management team. How do I find out more information about the items included in my sample kit?
Included in each sample kit is a small piece of paper that lists the name of each product and any applicable instructions. To determine nutritional information, simply locate that item on the website and click on it. You can also see what products are offered in each week's sample kit by clicking on Free Sample Kit on the right side of the Homepage in the Information box. There is also a link on the Free Sample Kit page to view Previous Sample Kits.
Exception:
Occasionally, Nashua Nutrition will offer Grab Bag sample kits. During these weeks, your sample kit items will be a random assortment of products.

What are Nashua Nutrition's shipping charges?
    United States
    Free Orders over $99 shipped via FedEx Ground
    Unless otherwise specified because of weight or size.

    Expedited shipping methods are available during checkout for an additional cost.

What are Nashua Nutrition's shipping & delivery methods?

United States (48 Contiguous)
FedEx Ground Service is primarily used for items weighing over 1lb.
Delivery to Residential addresses is Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm.
Delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of business day.

FedEx shipments are sent without a signature required unless the value of the order is over $400.

If you wish to have a direct signature required before delivery, please make a note requesting the direct signature in your order during checkout. If a direct signature for delivery is not requested, the package will be left at the shipping address on the package. Nashua Nutrition will not be held responsible for packages after they have been delivered by FedEx without a direct signature request. This includes damage or loss by theft, weather, animals or any other possible cause.

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day is primarily used for items weighing under 1lb.

Post Office Boxes
FedEx Can NOT deliver to a Post Office Box.
Orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Priority Mail can be used to expedite these packages for an additional cost. Please contact us to determine this amount.

United States (Alaska, Hawaii & USVI)
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Expedited USPS Priorty Mail is available during checkout for an additional cost.

International
The following options are available during checkout for all international orders -
International Shipping Options:
FedEx International Priority - 1-2 Business Days
FedEx International Economy - 3-4 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail International - 6-10 Business Days
This is transit time only and does not include time the package may be in customs.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are usually shipped the next business day.
Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.
When estimating transit time, do not include the day the order is shipped. FedEx does not consider the day the package is picked up as a transit day.

What are my options for expedited shipping if I need my order sooner than standard FedEx Ground?
Expedited shipping methods are available during checkout for an additional cost. The cost depends on your order so we cannot estimate that for you. Please refer to "When will my order ship" to determine exactly when your order will be sent out by Nashua Nutrition before estimating delivery date.

Expedited Options:
FedEx Express Saver - 3 Business Days
FedEx 2-Day - 2 Business Days
FedEx Standard Overnight - 1 Business Day

International

International Responsibilities

    All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

  • It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • If the package is not deliverable for any reason and is returned to us and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund.
  • If the package is not deliverable for any reason and is returned to us, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

    For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Protein Supplements For Personal Use". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

How do I change my shipping address during checkout?
Across the top of the checkout screen, you will see the following:

To edit the shipping address, just click on Address. You will be brought to the Address screen. Uncheck the box that says "use my billing address" and enter the correct information.

How do I track my order?
If your order is shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be emailed to you by FedEx the evening that your order is shipped. If your order is shipped via US Postal Service, a tracking number will be emailed to you by Stamps.com when the order is posted by Nashua Nutrition.

Please ensure the email address in your online profile is correct and current.

What if the order is shipped to an incorrect address?

If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and we are notified before delivery, we will attempt to reroute the package to the correct address.  Additional charges may apply.

If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping charges or reship the product to the correct address (Shipping charges will apply).

If the package is shipped to an incorrect address and can not be recovered because of an address error made by the customer,  we cannot issue a refund.

If the package is shipped to an incorrect address because of a mistake by us (Nashua Nutrition), we will re-ship or reroute your order as soon as possible.

How do I return products I have purchased from Nashua Nutrition?
Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from Nashua Nutrition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in resellable condition or a store credit for opened items.

Refunds and Store Credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned products and will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If a returned item is unopened and in resellable condition, the refund of the purchase price will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund or a store credit.

Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return any items, please contact us directly by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Policy Exception: Weather Related Damages
Nashua Nutrition cannot be responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises. We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, but extreme temperature fluctuations during transit are out of our control.

No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.

To help minimize the possibility of receiving weather related damaged products:
  • Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home where the package can be brought inside immediately.
  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.

Return Policy Exception: Protein Powders
Nashua Nutrition does sell single sized portions of most of our protein powders for you to try before purchasing a larger quantity. Therefore, no returns, exchanges or credits will be allowed on jugs and bags of powders offered in sample size.

Nashua Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or has been deemed an abuse of our return policy.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

How do I become a Nashua Nutrition affiliate?
