Signing in is now simpler than before - no password needed. Here is how it works: go to nashuanutrition.com and click Log in in the top right corner, enter the email address on your account, check your inbox for a 6-digit login code from us, enter the code on the screen, and you are signed in. The code arrives by email and expires after a short time, so use it as soon as it arrives.
We upgraded to a more secure and simpler login system. Instead of a password, we send a one-time 6-digit code to your email each time you sign in. This means you never have to reset a forgotten password again, and your account is protected by access to your email - which is harder to guess than a password.
A few things to check: look in your spam or junk mail folder - sometimes the email lands there. Make sure you are entering the same email address that is on your Nashua Nutrition account. Wait up to two minutes - occasionally email delivery has a brief delay. Try requesting a new code by starting the login process again. If you have tried all of these and still cannot get in, contact us and we will help you get back into your account right away.
Yes - everything is exactly where you left it. Your account upgrade is about how you sign in, not what is in your account. Your full order history, saved delivery addresses, NashCash rewards balance, subscription settings, and payment methods are all unchanged.
The new login system does not use passwords. Your previous password will no longer work. Use the email code method instead - it is faster and just as secure. If you are having trouble getting in, contact us and we will help.
Your login code goes to whichever email address is on your account. If your email has changed and you cannot access the old one, contact us and we will update your account email so you can get back in.
No. Your subscription continues without any interruption. The login change affects only how you sign in - it does not change your subscription schedule, payment, or settings in any way. You can view and manage your subscription from your account page once you are signed in.
Start by trying these steps: confirm you are using the correct email address, request a fresh login code (do not re-use an old one - they expire), check your spam folder if the email has not arrived, try a different browser or clear your browser cache. If none of those work, contact us and we will get you sorted out quickly.
