HealthSmart Entree - Chicken Pasta Parmesan (1 Dinner)

• Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
• Microwave on High power for 1 minute.
• Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
• Let stand for 30 seconds.
• Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

• Place unopened tray in a large saucepan of boiling water.
• Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
• Remove tray from water.
• Carefully peel off the lid and serve.
