Serving Instructions
Tear open one stick packet at the perforation and pour the powder into 8-12 ounces of chilled water according to preference. Stir vigorously. Alternately, pour the powder into a partly filled water bottle and shake until dissolved.

Recommended Intake
For best results, use two servings per day; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Daily intake helps maintain a powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenging defense system, and is beneficial for maintaining sustained energy levels and, when used in conjunction with exercise and dietary programs, assisiting in weight loss.

Each serving provides 90 mg caffeine, or 90% of the amount of caffeine found in one cup of coffee. Do not consume more than two servings at any one time. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heart beat.

"Nasty stuff. Wouldn't take unless I was required to. Wild berry flavor (whatever that is) is the least offensive. Lime looks like watered down mucus. Ugh."

"Love this flavor. Orange gave me a false expectation of tasting orange juice - it was not; with Mixed Berry it is easier to expect the unexpected. This is by far my most favorite flavor, not too sweet and not too acidic. "

"After reading about someone waiting for this product in a review for the quickboost, I decided I'd give it a try. This mix leaves a nasty aftertaste and reminded me of having to take cough medicine as a kid. Yuck! Stick to the lime and orange flavors of quickboost."
