Suggested Use:

Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Or use as directed by a physician or licensed nutritionist. Begin with one capsule three times per day for the first week to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Do not take after 5pm if you have difficulties sleeping.
