"This product really works and I always feel I've got rid of all the 'waste'. I would not recommend using more than 3 x a week (I've heard it's habit forming and your body can depend on it instead of releasing on it's own). Also start with 3 minutes of steeping time. If there's no result the morning after you drink it increase by 20-40 secs the next time. If you get stomach pains and cramps, decrease steeping time."
