This stuff goes down easy. Plain and simple it is the best choice for many bariatric patients who have trouble with the whey proteins. Yes, whey is a more complete protein, but this stuff goes down as easily as Crystal Light with no funny after taste. Think about when you drank hot jello as a kid. This is what this is like only you can have it ice cold in the summer. When I would feel weak, I pop a couple of these in a 16 oz bottle of water and after I'm finished, I immediately feel better.My favorites are Tropical, Lemonade and Pineapple. The grape is okay but gets boring after awhile. My least favorite is the orange which tastes like orange Kool Aid. Not my favorite. Mixing the tropical with the pineapple is absolutely fabulous!

I love this drink. Doesn't taste like protein and is sweet and yummy. It mixes easily and I recommend it to everyone.
