Directions

Microwave Directions

Pour contents of package into a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of water, stir until blended. Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal.
Microwave uncovered on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until thickened. Let stand until desire consistency. Handle carefully, bowl may be hot.

Conventional Directions

Add 1/3 cup of boiling water while stirring until blended. Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal.
Continue stirring until completely dissolved. Let stand one minute before eating. Handle carefully, bowl may be hot.

"Based on the other review, I wonder if I got the same product. It was lumpy when adding hot water, so the second time I tried cold water first and then heated it up. The texture was a bit better, but I was still very disappointed. Will stick to the ProtiDiet apple cinnamon. "

"I bought this not expecting much, I was actually very happy with my purchase. It is nice to feel like im eating a somewhat "normal" breakfast. when my family is eating oatmeal in the morning, I can join in. The texture is a little strange, not bad, just strange. The taste is just like quaker peach oatmeal. will order again!"
