Nashua Nutrition was founded in 2001 with one goal: make high-protein food easier to find, easier to enjoy, and easier to stick with. From the start, we focused on variety and flavor - so following a structured plan would not feel like a sacrifice.

Over the years, we have grown into a trusted destination for people following GLP-1, bariatric, Ideal Protein Alternatives, and keto programs - as well as anyone building a high-protein routine from the ground up. Our founder, Glenda Godshall, was recognized as the 2009 Woman Business Owner of the Year by the New Hampshire Small Business Administration.
